Visit OneVanilla official website at and enter your card number. The OneVanilla website will show you how much money is currently available on your card. If there is money available, then we know it's not an "insufficient funds" error.

"Cashier Error"

When you first purchase your OneVanilla card the cashier has to swipe your card at the register, enter your load amount and enter some codes to successfully add funds to the card. It is common for your receipt to verified that funds have successfully been loaded onto your card. Look at your receipt and search for something that says "confirmation", "accepted" or something similar. The transaction code should also be located on the receipt as well. This code can be traced and will be helpful when contacting OneVanilla or the store manager for assistance.
